TABULA SMARAGDINA, the ‘Emerald Tablet’ of Hermes

Here is that which is most true, in verity the most high of Truths!

Know you that as it is found here in the below so too must it be in that Above & Beyond, just as within

that Beyond must it also be here in the below, for these are the miraculous workings (demiurge) of the

Divine!

Heed (you this!), all things that are and ever shall be, are sprung forth from the Divine; herein all things

that are become, are birthed of the Divine and are cast in Its Image (adaptione).

Thy Father, Light & Sun, thy Mother who bore you hence the Moon, thine very living-spirit (animus

ventus) are as carried in her womb & nourished to growth upon this terra (earth).

Ever before you (immanent) is thine Father of All which is, that hath wrought Perfection upon this world!

Though the power of the Divine be manifest multitudinous upon this terra, Nay! Thy (Father) be wholly

undiminished of the power of the Divine (in so manifesting power here below)!

(You are commanded to) Transcend thine (reflection, counterfeit) light, which is upon this world!

The Sublime (soul) from this gross of matter (in so removing) is the ultimate bliss!

By (wisdom) cunning shall you make this come to pass!

Verily from terra here below upwards to the Celestial Heavens themselves, and from Them reaching

downward to the very firmament below, the Divine powers that Are reacheth from that which is Most

High and hither (above) to that which is most low.

Here throughout is manifest (supreme) Glory upon the entire world!

Know ye (this truth) and darkness shall as fly from you!

The Divine is Supreme Power of Powers unrivaled, for it is Overlord of All from that which is most

sublime verily even upon the largest of massive things!

Herein be Lord Sovereign over all things that are create, the entire world over!

Herein proclaimed (I have told you thus) that as all things that both are and shall be made to come to

pass, both splendid & multitudinous, they are made become (of the Supreme)!

Lo! hear what has been told (to you), proclaimed by (myself) Hermes Trimegistus (Philosophy of the

World, philosophy of the Divine, & philosophy of the Supreme One), possessing all three parts of the

philosophy of the entire World
