THE OBSIDIAN BLACK MIRROR DEVICE

Obsidian is an igneous rock. Produced from felsic lava, obsidian is rich in the lighter elements such as silicon, oxygen, aluminum, sodium. Obsidian consists mainly of SiO2 (silicon dioxide), usually 70% by weight or more; the rest are of variable amounts of other oxides, mostly oxides of aluminum, iron, potassium, sodium and calcium. Quartz crystals likewise are silicon dioxide. This material is a DIELECTRIC, and a capacitor (see video MIT: the dissectible capacitor). Obsidian magic objects were used by the Aztecs, Egyptians, Chinese and even on Rapa Nui (Easter Island) for the pupils of the eyes of their Moai statues, which were encircled by rings of bones.

Getting to the IMPORTANT portion of the HOWS and WHYS of these black mirror devices, their use is ancient and goes much further back than the countless ones found in Incan temples and digs. They are essentially superior skrying devices, better than false doors, crystal orbs and the like. But WHY superior? The dull black surface engenders near zero (if done correctly) mental stimulus and near zero visual stimulus when the mind is zoned into (rather THRU) same. This (see section below) is trans-objective noetic concentration of the mind and is legitimately the process of opening a portal to the “other” (=UNDER) side of this objective world. Literally the “light” of the mind is directed trans-objectively (=noetic illumination). The Greek masters called this the COSMOS NOETOS (Spirit-Cosmos).

There are objective (=COMMON) mirrors for looking at yourself, an object, and “magic mirrors” for looking at the other side for aid, information, contact etc. Its utterly foreign to think of TWO TYPES OF MIRRORS, that is, its foreign to the common worldling; but its both rational and logical. One is for peering back at the objective world, and the other for PEERING THRU, not using your eyes, but the “minds eyes” to the OTHER WORLD. The mirror for looking at yourself and the mirror for looking BEYOND YOURSELF (=phenomena!). Or, the two selves, objective and transcendent.

Many records exit of black magic mirrors being hung, and framed in temples etc. in Aztec times. Aztec god Tezcatlipoca (“smoking mirror”) is likewise depicted wearing these mirrors to see human thoughts and minds! So, literally a mirror for seeing that which eyes CANNOT SEE, the mind/spirit realm. Logically mirrors for objects VS. mirrors for SUBJECTS/NOUS/SPIRIT/ENTITIES!

CONCENTRATION ARCHETYPES. OBJECTIVE, THEURGIC & TRANS-OBJECTIVE-NOETIC

I honestly despise the word concentration since it implies the horrific term “meditation” which has no definition whatsoever, nevertheless to concentrate anything is to extract one thing from amongst another (or more than) thing. Gold is gold is gold, likewise to “purify” gold means to raise the concentration of gold FROM something else. As often said everything in life is about focus or lack thereof. The three modalities of embodied concentration are listed here from crude to fine: 1. Objective concentration. 2. Trans-objective NOETIC concentration, and lastly 3. Noetic/Theurgic disobjective concentration.

Objective concentration is simple; the peripheral world is ‘zoned’ out to focus on objects. The ‘finest’ form of concentration is Theurgic, or disobjectification, the basis of liberation and extracting the “signal” or nous from the psycho-physical body. Theurgic concentration is beneficial, objective concentration however is ‘dangerous’ such that it engenders materialism and objective identification, typical of any worldling.

The “serious” danger comes from trans-objective noetic concentration or focus. This form of noetic focus is trans-objective, meaning the mind is REACHING OUT/TO/THRU the “other side” for either (or both) information and or contact. Sphere skrying, Ouija board use, and black-mirror ‘gazing’ (which is NOT gazing at all rather nous/spirit focus TO the other side). Doing this is akin to having chitchats with a hoard of evil people on death row. You could either come away cleanly or get torn apart (high likelihood).

The “minds eye” (the Nous/spirit/citta as meant) can use anything as a ‘lens’ to focus itself. The obsidian black mirror just happens to be a near perfect object with which to ‘lens’ the mind to the “other side” for both contact and extracting information (=akashic records). This is LITERALLY a ground for the mind. A ground is just a fancy word for counterspace or the substrate-energy of the universe FROM which the mind itself comes from. As like to like!

Trans-objective (NOETIC) focus (=conjuring) for focusing the mind upon the substrate-cosmos; either for visions or conjuring (both of which are technically conjuring). This practice contains many hazards and should not be lightly delved into.

Unfocused mind is no different than unfocussed light which is scattered. Concentrated, like a magnifying glass, the mind can conjure, burn thru all objectivity. Consciousness focuses upon the objective world, the mind can be focused on the transcendent world and or the TRANS-OBJECTIVE (or substrate cosmos) COSMOS.
