What I understand from this from this information is Potential energy is not in the water nor the space nor the earth. The PE is not in the steam , liquid, or ice 🧊 the are all the same thing held together from no thing the aether the field and appears as everything in the field the gas liquid and solid are all the same thing that merge at a zero point node.
